One brand, two very different buyers
Alpex Ceylon Tea sells finished packaged tea across six of its own brands while also offering bulk tea and OEM private-label packaging to importers in Japan, Taiwan, the CIS, the EU, the Gulf and Africa. The site had to serve a retail shopper browsing flavoured black, green and herbal blends and a wholesale buyer evaluating custom packaging in the same place, without either getting lost.
A WooCommerce catalogue with a B2B route
We designed and built the site on WordPress with WooCommerce, organising the full range into distinct brand collections and product categories so each tea line stands on its own. Alongside the shop we set up dedicated sections for bulk tea and OEM packaging, capacity and quality standards, and the company's international markets, with trust signals and certifications surfaced for export buyers.
One home for retail and export
Alpex now runs both sides of its business from a single English-language site at alpextea.com. Shoppers can browse and order across the six brands while international wholesale buyers get a clear, professional path to bulk and private-label enquiries, presenting the company as a serious Ceylon tea exporter.
