A single-origin brand with two homes
Knuckles Valley Plantations grows and processes Ceylon cinnamon, tea, coffee, spices, honey and wellness botanicals on family estates in Karandeniya, Sri Lanka — and sells them from an Australian base in Cannington, Western Australia. The brand needed a storefront that could carry a credible, provenance-led farm-to-consumer story and sell across grades and formats (cinnamon sticks, ground spice, essential oils, tea grades) without overwhelming the shopper — while speaking to both an Australian retail audience and a wider global one across knucklesvalley.com and knucklesvalley.com.au.
A storefront organised around the produce
We built a WooCommerce storefront structured around product families — Cinnamon, Coffees, Teas, Spices and Wellness — rather than a flat SKU list, so each product can carry its grades and formats cleanly. The design leads with provenance: the family, the estates, GAP certification and the "direct from our plantations to your hands" promise that organic-food buyers look for. Content and health-benefit pages reinforce the brand's "where nature meets excellence" positioning and the direct, middleman-free model.

Knuckles Valley now has a single, scalable brand home: an Australian-facing storefront and the wider Sri-Lankan-origin story under one identity, ready to grow its catalogue as new harvests and product ranges come online.
