Online Course eCommerce & Payment Integration for Brisca Education (Pvt) Ltd

Brisca Education (Pvt) Ltd is an online training institute that prepares students for practical accounting work with Australian businesses. It is a subsidiary of Brisca Australia Pty Ltd, which is based in Brisbane. The institute runs the L1 Xero Associate Certification, job-ready programmes in Australian accounting, bookkeeping and taxation, and a self-leadership course. All are delivered through recorded videos and live Zoom workshops. Brisca needed students to be able to choose a course and pay for it online.

What we built

Mobiz added eCommerce to Brisca's WordPress site so that courses can be sold and paid for online.

• Course store. We set up WooCommerce so each course is a purchasable product with its own page, price and an Enroll Now path through the cart and checkout.
• PayHere payment gateway. We integrated PayHere so students can pay their course fees by Visa or Mastercard at checkout.
• Full and instalment versions. Courses are offered as a one-off payment or as an instalment version, which makes the longer programmes easier to afford.
• Student accounts. Students can register and log in to My Account.
• Courses showcase. We built a courses page that shows each programme as a clean card with an image, the delivery format, the price and a clear enrol button.

Students can go from browsing a course to a paid enrolment in one visit, on desktop, tablet or phone.
