01 The challenge

Selling land needs proof, not promises

Manamperi Homelands develops and sells land across Sri Lanka's southern coast, but plots spread over Matara, Tangalle and Sulthanagoda are hard to grasp from a phone call alone. Buyers needed to see what was on offer, where it sat, and what kind of land it was before reaching out. The site had to make a high-trust, high-value purchase feel concrete.

02 What we built

A structured property showcase

We built a WordPress site that organises listings into three clear land categories — residential, agricultural and commercial — each with its own gallery and project detail. A portfolio of past and ongoing projects backs up the developer's track record, and inquiry forms, multiple phone lines and WhatsApp integration give buyers an instant way to make contact.

Manamperi Homelands now has a single place that presents every project with photos, location context and an easy path to inquire. Instead of describing land over the phone, the team can point prospects to a clean, browsable showcase that does the explaining — and routes serious interest straight into direct contact.
