01 The challenge

A deep catalogue that lived offline

SRR is the authorised Sri Lankan agent for Japan's SRR Auto Parts, carrying OEM-standard components across engine, drivetrain, suspension, braking, cooling and electrical systems — 200+ product series and over 10,000 SKUs spanning Japanese, European, Korean and American vehicles. That depth, backed by 27 years in the trade, was a genuine competitive strength — but one buyers and dealers couldn't see or search online.

02 What we built

A searchable catalogue with a dealer pipeline

We built a structured, searchable parts catalogue organised across twelve categories, with account registration and a dedicated "Become a Dealer" application path. The design frames the trade credibility that matters in spare parts — "genuine Japanese parts, OEM standard," authorised-agent status and 27 years of experience — while making a very large inventory navigable.

The inventory and the network, online

SRR's catalogue and its dealer programme now share a single online home that scales with the inventory and gives trade buyers a clear reason to register — turning a deep offline stockroom into a discoverable, ordering-ready storefront.
